Al has owned and managed his own commercial building maintenance business for more than 30 years. Based originally in Oakland , CA and now in Portland , OR he has unrivaled experience in all aspects of professional business management, marketing, sales and public relations. Specializing in the areas of commercial and high-rise office window washing, building washing, caulking, sandblasting, plus janitorial services such as floors, polishing, construction clean up and general maintenance, together with lawn and tree maintenance, Al has built up an enviable reputation for reliability, confidentiality and friendliness. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, and has a working knowledge of German. Lynn Cameron

Ms. Cameron began her construction career in 1985 working as an estimator and project manager for a building specialty subcontractor.  This also  included actively providing technical and specification assistance on custom structural steel enclosures and industrial doors to the engineering and architectural community.  Lynn was promoted and successfully grew and managed  the company’s service department.   After being with the company for 13 years, she went on to pursue freelance projects in marketing and project management, focusing on the construction industry, as well as computer instruction in construction related software.

 After completing her projects, Lynn went to work for a Portland area general contractor.  She provided project management and estimating for the company’s tenant improvement and government projects, and most specifically all T/I work for General Services Administration as well as St Vincent’s Hospital and Providence clinics and hospitals.  Throughout her career, Lynn  has received medium to high level security clearance and has extensive background working on federal prison and detention facilities, courthouses and jails, military installations, and air bases, as well as medical, high tech, hospitality, commercial business buildings and school facilities.  Her primary responsibilities are bidding, securing and managing projects.  Currently, she is the partner/owner of the remodeling division for Action Building Services, Inc.   Lynn has been a prior member of the Portland chapter Construction Specifications Institute, the Association of General Contractors and currently belongs to the Home Builder's Association.
